To create the balance of crunch & chewy, our sourdough bagels require a bulk rise & cold ferment (about 48hrs)

We offer weekly/monthly option to secure a guaranteed order
 

Specialty & Large Orders require Pre-Orders

Local Pick-Up & In-State Shipping 

Our bagels can be frozen and enjoyed later. Contact us about a "Fresh Frozen" option.
